The fox might be luckier than you and take all your eggs! Piou Piou is a game of pairs (chickens) and object collection (eggs), with very simple "special" cards that make the game more exciting. Each move requires careful planning. The goal is to get three chicks before the fox arrives and eats them! Of course, to get them, you have to follow some simple rules. 5 to 99 years 2 to 5 players 10 minutes

It's a very simple strategy game that encourages planning, decision-making, and social skills.
Preparations:
Each player is dealt 4 cards, and the rest are placed face down in a pile in the center of the table. Next to them, the eggs are placed, "egg" side up. You must have 4 cards in your hand at all times.
How do you play? Playing in turns, the player who most recently ate an egg starts. They look at their hand of cards, and depending on the cards they've been dealt, two things can happen:
  • If we combine 1 rooster + 1 hen + 1 nest, we'll discard these three cards into a discard pile, and we can take an egg and place it egg-side up in our spot. Watch out! Your egg is now within everyone's reach, and the fox could steal it! Draw three more cards from the center pile, bringing your total to 4 again.
  • If we combine two hens, we'll discard these two cards to the discard pile, and we can turn an egg we have into a chick. Phew... we can rest now. The fox can't take the chicks. Draw two more cards from the center pile, bringing the total to 4.
If you're dealt a fox, you can steal an egg from another player. However, if that player has a pair of roosters in their hand, they'll defend themselves, and you'll have to discard the fox card. Draw another card from the center pile to return to four.
How does the game end?
  • The moment a player manages to have 3 eggs hatch into chicks, he becomes a winner!
