Emotio is designed to promote Emotional Intelligence. Through the game, we will encourage their acceptance and communication, to facilitate the development of good self-esteem, empathy and appropriate social relationships.
Emotio allows to work on the following emotional competences:
Emotional Awareness: becoming aware of one's own emotions, naming them, understanding other people's emotions and becoming aware of the interaction between Emotion-Thinking-Behavior.
Emotional regulation: coping skills, competences to self-generate pleasant emotions.
Social Competence: listening, respecting, sharing, developing prosocial behavior, promoting assertiveness.
Emotional Autonomy: positive attitude, self-esteem, self-motivation. In addition, it allows to reflect on stereotypes and gender equality about emotions, thanks to its two characters.
GAME COMPONENTS:
- Small book with objective and rules of the game, as well as, the description of 40 emotions/feelings and reflection questions.
- 40 cards associated to a color according to the emotion. Happiness-green, Joy-yellow, Love-pink, Anger-red, Sadness-blue, Fear-gray and Surprise-lilac.
- Summary card of the different emotions.
- Personalized dice
