Brontosaurus: The largest dinosaur that existed in the Jurassic period, more than 150 million years ago. If there's one image you think of when you think of a dinosaur, it's Brontosaurus. A gigantic, long-necked creature with a very long neck and tail, and a stubby body in the middle.
Its dimensions are colossal: 4.5m high (like an adult giraffe), but more than 20m long, which, combined with its weight of between 20,000 and 25,000kg, makes it also one of the longest-lived (+100 years).
