Buzz-buzz, the disgusting flies buzz. There are fantastic landing spots everywhere, but the flies seem to be obsessed with the dung heap.
Only those who demonstrate good strategy by intelligently placing their cards will be able to advance quickly with their flies! But beware: the flyswatter card can appear at any moment and squash even the best intentions, so some players will surely have to place a few flies from the starting point just before reaching the finish line...!
The Feast of the Flies is a game where strategy, along with the luck of the draw, plays an important role: Mental flexibility to adapt to the board situation each turn and make the right decision to reach the end are key in this game. The goal is to get all four flies to the dunghill.

Preparations:

The "Landing Point" tokens are placed in a row, with the manure pile placed last. Four flies are dealt to each player, and the deck of chance cards is shuffled and placed on the table. We'll call these "chance cards." The flies are placed next to the first landing point.
How do you play?
The first player starts by first drawing a card from the deck, secondly placing it on one of the landing spots and leaving it there, and finally performing a fly action with their fly. Depending on where it lands and the chance cards already placed on the landing spots, you can perform a different fly action:
- Flight : Place it on the landing spot you want. If a fly lands here, it can fly again two tiles, or "landing spots."
-
Fly Swatter : Place the card on the landing spot you want. If there are already flies there, those flies (including yours, if you have any) return to the starting point.
-
Sweep : When you turn this card, you can swap the positions of two landing spots, as long as you don't have any flies on them. Once you've swapped the two tokens, return the card to the deck.
-
Perfume : Advance one of your flies to the next landing spot, and return the card to the deck. If you land on a flight card, you skip two landing spots.

When you're done with the cards, move one of your flies to the dung pile. You can advance it one or two landing spots. Think carefully before you move!
- If you land on a flight card, you jump two landing points, and if you land on another, you jump again...
- If you land on a flyswatter card, start over from the beginning.
The first person to have all four of their flies enjoying the manure wins!!!
Important things to keep in mind:
- There may be several flies at each landing point
- If you're flying your fly, you can fly over a flyswatter card without any harm.
- Multiple chance cards can be placed on top of each landing spot, but only the last one counts.
- If you have run out of luck cards, you will advance in turns using only the flies.

In short, Haba's Feast of the Flies is a game of luck, strategy, and tons of fun. Did you enjoy this crazy, disgusting game? You can buy it
