Today we're reviewing Off to the Pasture, Set, Go!, an exciting dice-based memory game for 2-6 players ages 3 and up.
Preparations:
This game uses the "Meadow" board. Lay out the game board on the table and place the 16 pieces face down (without looking at where each one is placed) on the pastures. Place the farmer on any space on the edge of the board and prepare the die.How do you play?
The objective of the game is to memorize the position of the largest number of checkers in order to win more than the other players. The player who was most recently on the field starts. The die is rolled, and the farmer advances clockwise the number of spaces rolled. If he lands on a space with an animal drawn on it, you must try to find its location on the board. Turn over a token.- If you guess correctly, you keep it and continue rolling the dice.
- If you didn't guess correctly, show everyone the card to try to remember the animal on it, turn it over again, and place it in the same place. Your turn is passed to the next player.
