This tugboat is powered by a motor with tensioned rubber bands coupled to a bearing. The reduction gear transmits power to the drive wheel, which then transmits it to a pair of asymmetrical wheels. A pendulum slows and regulates the tugboat's movement.

The asymmetry of the wheel pair gives this model a unique way of moving, imitating the rocking of the ship on the waves, while the working pendulum generates a noise very similar to that of the diesel engines of real tugboats.

The winding key on the drive wheel is locked by a ratchet. There are two control levers: one to stop the mechanism and the other to start it.

Use the ropes with their hooks to tow a paper boat. The tugboat can travel between 1.5 and 3 meters depending on the ground.
