The child must be clearly shown how to brake and stop, and then how to lift the front of the bicycle to overcome an obstacle. Prohibit the child from accessing areas with obstacles until they have acquired the necessary skills. Do not use this toy on public roads or near dangerous areas such as water, stairs or ramps.
