How to play:

Take turns rolling the black die

"of records"

and load the scale with the weight discs indicated on the die and place it on the wooden athlete.

Then roll the die.

"personal trainer"

and, lifting the weight with two fingers together, try to reproduce the test indicated on the die. The green die offers simple exercises, the red one more difficult ones.

The winner will be the one who can perform the tests correctly without dropping the weights on the floor!
