What are the bottles like?

Thanks to the exclusive Triple Cool™ technology with triple-layer insulation, including a copper layer, our products can keep any liquid hot or cold for long periods without condensation on the outside, making them perfect for backpacks or carrying in your bag without wetting anything.
These bottles integrate this technology, with an autonomy of 36 hours for cold drinks and 18 hours for hot drinks. In the product page of each product, you can see in detail the specific characteristics of the design, color and size chosen.

What can I use these bottles for?

They are designed to adapt to the tastes and lifestyle of children. They can accompany them to school, the park, the mountains, the beach... anywhere!
And not only that, you can use them with any type of drink: water, fruit juice, chocolate smoothie, soft drinks... The possibilities are endless! They adapt to you and your hydration needs throughout the day.

What material are they made of?

This is very important.
All Cool Bottle™ bottles are made of high quality 18/8 food grade stainless steel. This material is inherently safe and highly resistant to rust. In addition, they do not need any coating. Cool Bottles™ do not contain bisphenol A (BPA), making them a healthier and safer option than single-use plastic bottles.

Why a Cool Bottle?

Very good question:
Landfills and oceans are full of plastic bottles. Plastic recycling rates barely reach 10%, so everything else ends up back in our environment. Considering that a plastic bottle takes 450 years to degrade and that the massive use of plastic has not been more than 60 years, the magnitude of the problem is easily understood. The current situation is not sustainable.
In fact, the use of plastic in bottled water that we see in supermarkets is only the tip of the iceberg, the visible part of the problem. For these bottles to be available on the shelves, a long process is necessary that involves the production of plastic bottles, their filling, transport and storage. Each of these steps requires large amounts of energy, so pollution is produced.
Cool Bottles™ are designed to last and to compensate for their own production with just a few uses. Not only will you improve your hydration, but you will also help free the planet from disposable plastic bottles.

Can they contain all kinds of drinks?

Yes, they are designed just for that.
Unlike aluminum bottles, the 18/8 stainless steel used to make Cool Bottles™ does not require any plastic coating and is ideal for containing and maintaining all kinds of liquids. 1 Aluminum is not suitable for contact with food and beverages, especially if they are acidic or hot, as they can be highly toxic in these circumstances.  

However, Cool Bottles™ can contain any type of drink, regardless of whether it is hot or cold, or whether it is acidic, sweet or carbonated. It does not add any additional flavor or release harmful substances.

Do these bottles have BPA (Bisphenol A) in their composition?

Absolutely Not. One less concern.
These high quality 18/8 stainless steel products are completely BPA free. Unlike aluminum bottles, Cool Bottles™ 18/8 stainless steel does not need any internal plastic coating. In this way, Cool Bottles™ completely avoids the release of harmful substances such as BPA.
The inside of the caps is made of 100% BPA free plastic and silicone. In fact, the plastic used is the material used to make baby bottles.

Are they airtight?

YES, these bottles are completely airtight.
Of course, to ensure the airtight seal, they must be completely closed. The bottles have a silicone ring that allows a total tightness thanks to the screw cap. Full security to accompany you in your bag, backpack or purse.

Can I put the bottle in the refrigerator, freezer or microwave?

NO. We do not recommend it.
In fact, the triple layer of Triple Cool™ technology will keep the drink cold or hot. In addition, the volume of liquids can vary due to temperature changes, which affects the walls and, consequently, their thermal capacity.
Therefore, liquids should be used at the consumption temperature... And your bottle will take care of keeping your drink cold for 36 hours and hot for up to 18 hours!

Can I use these bottles to keep drinks inside for a long time?

That's not the idea, BUT
Your Cool Bottles™ bottle is ideal for keeping your drink fresh for many hours, but it is not the best option to store the same liquid for weeks!
If you use the bottle with juices or milk drinks, they can ferment over time and generate gas, which could increase the pressure inside the bottle and make opening the lid more difficult. To avoid this, we recommend cleaning the bottle after each use and not storing this type of liquid for long periods.

Can I take it if I go by plane?

Of course, it is perfectly safe to carry in the cabin, so do not hesitate to use it, it does not represent any problem in security controls. Just remember to empty it before passing them. Have a good trip!

Is this one of those bottles that condense water on the outside with the temperature change?

NO. Children can sweat while running, jumping and trotting, but their bottle does not ;-)
Cool Bottles™ technology generates vacuum insulation that prevents external condensation, so one less concern. In addition, the outside temperature of the bottle will remain the same regardless of the contents you have inside: goodbye to your hands suffering the temperature of your favorite drink!

Yeah, yeah, we get it… but is it 'Made in China'?

These bottles are designed with love in Spain and manufactured responsibly in China. All Cool Bottles™ factories are audited and comply with the strictest ethical and environmental practices.
It is a pity that in Spain there is no stainless steel manufacturing industry, not even close. Did you know that most of the world's manufacturing of stainless steel products for daily life is concentrated in Asia?
The underlying problem is the stainless steel with which these bottles are made. It is the best material available, but there is no possibility of making it here. Local options are based on aluminum, plastic or even glass, but they are not as healthy or allow thermal insulation as stainless steel. We firmly believe that stainless steel is the best option for the mass adoption of reusable bottles.
And not only do we believe that these products are the key, but what really matters is the impact we have on reducing the consumption of single-use plastic bottles. Together we can make a significant difference in our environment!

CARE AND CLEANING

How are they cleaned?

Hello! We want your Cool Bottles™ to always be in perfect condition, and that's why we give you some easy and practical tips.
We recommend cleaning your Cool Bottles™ regularly, especially if you use it to store liquids other than water. Did you know that you can hand wash your bottle with warm water, mild soap and, in the case of bottles, with a brush like baby bottle cleaners?
Please do not use the dishwasher, as this can damage the paint and affect its thermal capacity.
When you wash it, simply let it dry upside down and store it uncovered to keep its appearance and aroma fresher.

Warnings

Please remember that these bottles are intended for use only for the purposes intended and described in the manual.
Please do not put your Cool Bottles™ in the microwave. We also ask you not to do it in the freezer or refrigerator. Finally, do not put the main body of your Cool Bottles™ in the dishwasher. Please do not fill your bottle "to the top", leave a little air before closing it.
Hot liquids can cause burns. To avoid spills and leaks, the cap or lid must be fully tightened to ensure the airtight seal. Do not use your Cool Bottles™ for long-term storage of liquids. Some juices and milk drinks can spoil and generate additional pressure in the bottle, which can make it difficult to open and cause injury. You can use your Cool Bottles™ with carbonated drinks, but be careful when opening it! You could stain or hurt yourself by the internal pressure. Less
