Ugears: Scale models and mechanical wooden models

UGEARS began life in 2014 as a startup based in Kiev, (Ukraine). In less than two years they have brought to reality more than 40 visionary designs, manufactured in sustainable wood, delighting young and old alike. Their patented plywood and laser-cut designs add to the popularity of the models by making them easy to assemble.


In 2015, they managed to raise more than 20 times the financial goal they set for themselves on Kickstarter, which encourages them to see that even in our current world full of mobiles, consoles and virtual reality, people are still drawn to finding creative ways to work manually.

Their work unleashes this enthusiasm and provides both individuals and the whole family with the opportunity to come together to enjoy the fun of creating three-dimensional objects with their own hands.
