Ugears brings us (especially Harry Potter fans) a unique car model - the Flying Ford Anglia TM, a car that has a life of its own.
The Ford Anglia has a spring that transmits its power to the rear wheels. After winding it up once via the mechanism under the chassis, the car can travel 3 to 4 metres. The spring drum is securely located under the car's seats, and the number plate at the rear serves as a start/stop button. It also has a neutral mode which allows the car to drive freely.
The front wheels turn 25 degrees in both directions. To turn them you can either use the steering wheel or move the wheels directly. This way you can move it in a straight line or in circles (making the Anglia fly is up to you). It moves on any flat surface, from carpets to slippery tiles, thanks to the grippy 'tyres' of rubber tape covering all the wheels.
All doors, the boot and bonnet open manually. Open the bonnet and you'll see the engine details, and there's enough room in the boot to accommodate Harry's suitcases, which are laser-etched with the Hogwarts emblem.
And here's where the real magic comes in: Thanks to a special mechanism attached to the spring-loaded axle that runs through the cabin, the Anglia has a secret 'eject' function. Press the front number plate and the boot and side doors fling open, while the tilting front seats and a lever in the boot impressively eject all passengers and contents of the vehicle. Stow Harry's suitcases in the boot, press the front number plate and watch as the angry Anglia throws everyone out abruptly.
This fun muggle magic car will appeal to wizards, witches and muggles everywhere, especially those who enjoyed the film "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets", in which the car features prominently. Anyone who loves model cars, building things with their own hands or unique and educational toys will appreciate this excellent wooden model kit. The Flying Ford AngliaTM is a great gift for parents whose children are fans of the Harry Potter film series, or for parents looking for a fun craft project to do with their children. Enjoy the hours you'll spend together building this enchanting model, and once finished, the fun and laughter as you repeatedly eject passengers and luggage as you recreate that famous scene.
