Transport, delivery and shipping rates

We provide you with the tracking number to know first hand where your order is located.

The delivery of the goods will be made to the address you indicate in the field Shipping Address. In case you are absent at the time of delivery, the transport company will try to contact you and if not successful, will deliver the goods the next working day. With the tracking number provided you can also choose other options to make the delivery:
1.- You can pick it up at the transport company
2.- You can give them another delivery address, either in a shop, or to a neighbour, always within the same province as the original address.

We reserve the right to vary the type of delivery and the transport company, as long as this does not cause any damage to you.

The amount of the shipping costs derived from the delivery of the articles varies depending on the type of transport chosen, the weight and the delivery address, and can be FREE for special promotional orders. The cost of this will be shown at all times in the shopping cart.

  • For shipments to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal, except islands): 3.99€.
  • For shipments to the Balearic Islands it ranges from 6,93€ to 29,60€.
  • For international shipments, prices range from 14,43€ to 35,12€, depending on the size of the package.

Accessing the shopping cart you can check the amount of the shipment before confirming the order, both in national and international shipments.

In any case, this price will be free for orders that are over 29 euros and whose destination is within the Iberian Peninsula (except islands)..

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that "delivery" has taken place or that the product/s have been "delivered" at the moment of signing the receipt of the same at the agreed delivery address.

Time of delivery

These are the delivery times in working days (Monday to Friday) and for orders made in before 18:00 hours, starting to count the time from the confirmation of shipment of the order.

Personalised (embroidered) products take an additional 3 to 5 working days.

Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal

MRW Urgent: Delivery in 24h (next working day).

Balearic Islands:

Transport by ship: Delivery in 5 working days.

Germany, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy and Luxembourg:

International transport: Delivery in 2 to 5 working days, estimated from the date of departure of the shipment from the International Platforms.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or the option to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note in any case that we do not deliver on Sundays. For special delivery on Saturdays, please contact us.

Important: During peak shipping periods, especially November and December, orders may not arrive within 24 hours. During this period, delivery transit times are only approximate, as shipments may take several working days to any destination. 

Impossibility of delivery:

We are committed to deliver the products in perfect condition to the delivery address that you have indicated in the order form, but you can ask us to deliver the articles to another address and to another natural person different from the one placing the order, as long as the delivery address is located in the same Spanish province.

A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made from 8 am to 7 pm. The package will remain at the transport agency or the nearest collection point available to the customer for collection during the next 15 calendar days. After this time, the package will be returned to Cucutoys.

There is the possibility to request a third delivery attempt, with an additional cost of 4€, and only with previous authorization from Cucutoys.

We reserve the right to remove any product from our website at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content on the website. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which may require us to refuse to process an order, even after the Order Confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to any third party for the removal of any product from our website (regardless of whether such product has been sold or not), remove or modify any material or content of the website).

Note: Orders will not be delivered to P.O. boxes.
