Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify CuCuToys, Plaza de Mondariz, 6. 28029 Madrid, by phone at 911690738, or by email at [email protected] of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of this right before the deadline

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have presented proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods to us directly, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline expires. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We also offer the option to collect the goods for a cost of €9.99.
You will only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
